Release Time for UCPEA Officers and Area Representatives

Release time should be granted for UCPEA employees to carry on union business per Aritcle 40 of the UPCEA bargaining unit agreement: "Released time shall be utilized in a manner which is least disruptive of the individual's professional responsibilities and University operations."

Time cards should be marked "UL" (Union Leave) with the amount of time used.
