LONGEVITY: Employees in the bargaining unit shall be eligible for longevity increments in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Section 5-213. Longevity payments are made semiannually based on service completed as of the first day of April and the first day of October of each year. The full longevity payment for UCPEA members shall be 1.6% of the mid-point of the range according to the salary schedule. |
